TW: possible miscarriage
Is this what I think it is 😠i have had a blood test done yesterday and have a follow up next week, I've been having really light on and off spotting with no cramps but this morning I woke up with heavy bleeding and cramping ðŸ˜
I'd be about 5 weeks
