Feminine products?

Do you guys use feminine products? I’m suffering from ph imbalance with this pregnancy and trying to not get BV. Need some suggestions. I don’t douche, never tried. Only use water and soap on the outside of my vag. Any recommendations would help. Trying to get something healthy and safe. Thank you 🙏

No, feminine products like douches and washes are one of the biggest scams ever. They cause problems more often than they help anything.
Talk to your midwife/doctor if you’re getting recurring infections. They can help make recommendations for preventing future infections. 
Personally I just go commando at home and wear a dress to air that shit out. I don’t use soap down there, just water.

Probiotics, like a shit ton of them. Cut way down on sugar and processed foods. Garlic supplements would probably help too, but may give you heartburn depending on how far along you are. I use a foam wash from the honey pot that I like more than regular soap for my vulva.

You are not supposed to use any of that type of stuff. I wouldn’t experiment, especially while pregnant. I recommend asking your doctor for suggestions 😊
