"Hidden" twin on 9 week ultrasound?

Do you think its possible that an identical twin was missed on an abdominal ultrasound at 9 weeks?

The chances are very low it's hard to miss a twin in an ultrasound.

The place that does my 3D ultrasounds found a hidden twin at 36 weeks! Also my husband is a twin and him mom didn't know until after 20 weeks. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very unlikely. My twins were super easily seen at 9 weeks. You couldn’t miss one if you tried.

Very very unlikely at that stage because both babies would be big enough to see clearly and not be so squashed that they can hide much.  Not impossible, but very unlikely
