Botox and pregnant

Okay ladies, I’m in a pickle here. I had Botox done on Monday and I didn’t even consider the possibility of being pregnant (we cycle track, I have fertility issues and well my period wasn’t late at the time). I just took a test today and it’s super positive, so I’m freaking out.

Not only did I do Botox, I’m not even 6 month PP from a c-section, I have been drinking caffeine like crazy because I’m so tired. I have a history of miscarriages, so now the WHAT IF’S are really hitting me hard.
