How to know if my baby as a diaper rash or need an extra barrier?what would be the symptoms? My daughter does have redness around her creases where the diaper edges would be placed. It’s no bumps or anything though

If she has red lines where her diaper is sitting on around the legs try a size up in diaper. She don't have a rash
