Back story first... I’m 8 months pp. I missed my period in April and instead of getting a period in May, I started spotting dark brown and haven’t stopped to this day. I pass small clots probably a few every day. I had an ultrasound done before it started and my doctor found peripheral follicles in both ovaries and believes I have PCOS (I’ve had other symptoms including acne, dark hair in certain areas, and the irregular periods). I passed this tonight however and I just need confirmation if I’m miscarrying or not bc I did have a few faint positive tests in April but I assumed it was just faulty tests until this weird spotting started. No judgement please. My body is confusing tf out of me and I’m new to PCOS and my husband and I really want another baby. TIA
