Thin lining success stories?

My first FET was cancelled due to thin lining. Of course I’ve done all the googling about what I can do to thicken it up for next time. Any success stories or things you think helped??

My first FET was cancelled for the same reason. The next cycle we did a natural FET with small doses of gonal-f. The thickest my lining got was 7mm, which was still pretty thin, but qualified us for transfer. At least one of our embryos implanted and I’m currently 5 weeks.

I have had success twice with thin lining.  We had to switch from a medicated protocol to a semi-natural protocol with ovulation induced by letrozole.  While doing that I did all the old wives tales, acupuncture, pomegranate juice, red raspberry leaf tea (thorough ovulation), uterine lining yoga (on youtube), vitamin e, bone broth, and only drinking room temp or warm liquids.  Obviously I have no way to know which if any of those things worked, but my first FET my lining was 7.3, my second fet it was 7.6.  Both of those were successful.  I’d definitely inquire about different types of protocols from your RE.  Best of luck.

I always had issues with my lining and tried everything (estrogen pills, blood thinners, and even viagra). My problem wasn’t blood flow so none of those worked. My successful cycle we used a lupron protocol which I firmly believe gave me a little extra time to build up a nice thick lining for the first time ever!

I took estrogen, oral, vaginal suppository and patches. I tend to have thin lining but all the estrogen made my thicken up pretty well.
