I'm so confused, and getting discouraged

Technically I'm 3/4 DPO rn, I ovulated around 6/8 - 6/9 I did opks, and I've been bbt charting... but cant tell much by it being this is my first month using bbt. My opk had its peak/positive on the 8th. Okay fast forward to today, like I said I'm 3/4DPO today and all day today, I have been SORE, like around where my left ovary should be, I mean it isnt CRAMPING, or badly PAINFUL, it's just nagging like I know it's there! (Sorry that's the only way I know how to explain it) I know it's too soon even if I was pregnant this month to have any kind of symptoms so I'm not even thinking pregnancy, I'm leaning more towards what if I ovulated late (but I already got my positives for this month) can you ovulate twice in a month ? , so anyway, I decided to take an opk today and I just did at 9:50 pm , below is a pic of what I got, is it positive? Am I ovulating again ?? I'm so confused .. oh and last thing I forgot to mention, I also had light egg white CM, so that's definitely what made me do an opk! Because normally after ovulation I'm dry, so please help me yall any advice is appreciated , and be nice pleaseee!!!
