Is this worth going to the ER?!?

I’m laying down in bed and all of the sudden between my chest starts hurting and my left shoulder is becoming numb/hurting . Kinda painful to breath😕  I don’t know what’s going on but it’s taking my breath away.

If you aren’t laying on that arm. It seems a little concerning. YOU know YOUR body the best & what feels off.. if you feel like you need go to the ER. then you should. have you eaten? need anything to drink?

Best to get checked. I had this pain several times. The first time was middle of my chest. The times after that were one sided. Turns out costochondritis. Inflammation of the ligaments between the ribs. Feels like a damn heart attack. Or what I imagine it would feel like and how the ER doc explained it. Still better to know what's actually going on, but trying to offer some calm that it may not be something so severe. Still scary as hell though. Hope all is well
