New to OPK’s, general advise please

Hey girls :) I’m very new to the ttc community and this is my first cycle using opk’s so I’m very knew and therefore lacking knowledge so was hoping experts could help me out haha

After receiving a positive ovulation test result, how long do LH surges typically last until you ovulate?

Also, I just received a positive result with my clear blue digital test (not the advanced one). I’ve attached a photo below. Going by the photo, would you still I still have a couple of days until I ovulate or am I pretty much already there?
