Has anyone had twin dreams to later find out they’re having twins?

Soo I took Clomid to get pregnant with my second. I took a test at 10 dpo and got a pretty solid line too(darker then the control line).

Although I know the test line doesn’t really mean anything, I’m having some other things happen that are also giving me a feel I could be having twins. Twin dreams. So far I’ve had 2 twin pregnancy dreams all about me getting the ultrasound done and seeing two babies. I also have been seeing things in double. I went to Panda Express and had the EXACT SAME fortune in both of my fortune cookies. My son came to church one Sunday wearing a “Bro” shirt and another kid was also. I haven’t been having any exaggerated symptoms either so that’s also what’s throwing me off to not actually being pregnant with twins. Anyone who was pregnant with twins did you also have exaggerated symptoms? Or did it seem like you barely had any? The only symptoms I’ve experienced was mild MS, peeing frequently, sweating like crazy, and being out of breathe easy. I also slept for 11 hours yesterday and still woke up TIRED.😩
