3 months pp

Help!

I am 3 months pp from my 3rd baby. We’ve had sex twice both pulled out. However today I was feeling some cramping more than I have been the last couple of day’s. I have been on blood pressure meds since giving birth and I have had dizziness from the medicine so I think. I took these...I’ve been super tired and grumpy. I chalked it up to be just having a baby.

I took a shower and came back to this...does this look positive or a possible EVAP!?
