Peak!?

I have pcos and haven’t ovulated in a year, I started tracking again 3mos ago. This is the darkest I’ve ever gotten and the longest it stayed dark. Is it possible I reached my peak and am going to ovulate? These were from yesterday and we did BD last night. I took one this morning and it’s back down to what it normally is. I’ve also had slight cramping on the left today. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 not sure if it’s endometriosis flaring up or ovulation cramping!

Not sure if it matters, but I am on prometrium to force a cycle every month from the 10th-20th usually start on the 21st and 3rd week on metformin 1000mg
