Any Tips!
Hey Queens!
I’m currently in a calorie deficit and have lost 16.6 lbs so far!
But I feel as if I could be doing better! Im looking for some motivation from you ladies. Im also on TikTok and have a wonderful supportive community. But anyway I’m not very active. I hate home workouts like without weights.. but I love to walk. I also want to try one of those bike machines.. I don’t have a gym membership either. I usually eat what ever I want as long as I stay under my calories of 1,500-2,000 daily my eating is not what I’m looking at it’s the activity. What do you guys do to help stay active ?
I started at 289 lbs
Now at 272 lbs
Goal is between 200-170 lbs
