Exclusively pumping advice
I’m exclusively pumping my milk, but I’ve had a bad crack in one nipple for a while that won’t heal, and now it’s bleeding into the milk! What did you do to heal your nipple? I’m thinking of taking a day or two off from pumping to help it out… also is it okay to feed my baby the milk with blood in it?
