New mom post partum care

When you were a new momma, what are some things you wish you had after having your baby?

I have a friend that is having her baby soon and I want to put together a post partum package for her. Mom's don't get thought of much when it comes to gifts, most get a ton of stuff for baby, and I want to give her some stuff to help her on her new journey.

ANY suggestions are appreciated!

Edit to add: Anything that would have helped you out, given you something to do, helped you with emotional health, or made your beginning just a bit easier. I am open to ALL suggestions.
