Here’s to hoping. Round 5 of Letrozole and HCG trigger 🙏

We are doing Letrozole 5mg and hcg shot, round 5. Last round worked but I miscarried at 6 weeks.

The doctor said to wait a week or so to see if my period comes, if not to take provera to my period come and then Letrozole day 3-7 and then ultrasound and then hcg shot...

Questions:

Has anyone just straight up taken Letrozole? Maybe just to ovulate again? Is it better to let yourself have a period? Higher chances?

What did you do differently that you think helped with a successful pregnancy?

Going in with so much fear of another miscarriage. Praying and hoping this one works and goes to full term. Any insight is much appreciated...
