What am I suppose to be feeling 19 weeks

I don’t think I’ve felt the baby move but I know he’s okay because I just had an ultrasound on Friday and doctor found his heartbeat yesterday. I am a FTM so maybe I am feeling him but just don’t realize it. What exactly does it feel like at this stage and is it normal to not feel anything??

I describe it like a little spasm or twitch in your belly.

Mine started with a tickling feeling. Like someone was ticking me on the inside of my belly lol. Then it progressed to a popping feeling. Now it’s like, swishes, pops and thumps. I’m 20 weeks and 2 days.

I’m a FTM too and almost 18 weeks and it feels like small thumps, a blister bursting, or popcorn popping around this stage currently. I didn’t that the butterfly feeling people got, but in my lower abdomen I’ve benne consistently getting these small thumps!
