First time mom here... how do you freeze and use breast milk for later on?

What steps if I freeze breast milk and how do I use it for later on? What are the steps?

Best way is to use milk storage bags. I like the lansinoh brand. I use 1-2 oz increments for new born then 2-3 as they get older. When you fill the bag, fold the empty part to get the air out then close it. Put them flat in the freezer and once they are frozen, you can stack them upright in a container. Put the older milk front and the newer at the back. Frozen milk lasts longer but freezing actually breaks up the antibodies so if you will use it in a couple of days, better to keep it in the back of the fridge.
To use the milk, if you have time, you can put the bags in the fridge in advance and then heat it up when needed (I use a bottle warmer) or just pop the frozen bag in the warmer to thaw. The milk will seperate which is normal. Swirl it around to remix it and don’t shake the bottle as that breaks ip the proteins.
