Rotavirus vaccine

My LO is 4 months old and got his 2nd dose for the rotavirus vaccine yesterday and he’s been throwing up all day (not spit up, like exorcist vomiting) everything he’s eaten today has come back up about 30 mins to an hour later. He’s not super interested in eating and just wants to be held and sleep. This happened the last time he got it but he wasn’t throwing up 30mins to an hour after every bottle. Should I call the dr? Or watch him for a longer amount of time to see if he’s meeting the wet and soiled diapers amount for the day?
