Weight loss plateau help

Hi all!

When I started my weight loss journey in early January I was about 240 & have been working out almost every day (for my own mental health not forcing myself) & taught myself how to eat better. Now I’m at 205 and feel like it just keeps going up and down the scale 205,203,206 and just so on. I’m losing my mind because I just want to see that 100 number (haven’t seen it in almost 7 years.) I am so proud of myself & how I’ve done this with no diets & for myself but I’m just really in my head about how I can’t get to that 199 or lower. Any advice, personal stories or motivation would be so appreciated💛
