Seizures

My 3 year old had a seizure today it was the scariest moment of my life. We spent the last 4 hours at the hospital and all her labs were normal and her ekg was normal. We are calling to follow up with neurology tomorrow morning but my question is has anyone else experienced this? I'm so scared. She's acting ok now just really tired and out of it. She talking like normal. If this happened to your child what was the cause? Just wondering what outcomes I have.
