Yup, I don’t tolerate name calling during arguments. It’s so immature and it means you’ve got nothing better to say and don’t know how to communicate properly and let yourself cool down before speaking. Not something I want in a partner.

I get that people get angry and emotions can really take over you but I would never seek out a relationship without the proper communication to help channel them into a solution. I would 100% break up with them if they didn't seek the same thing I do when it comes to arguments. I want communication and functions not superiority complexes and disrespect.

My husband says it playfully all the time, which I don’t mind because I know he’s joking. When the arguments come, there’s no name calling or swearing at me (I don’t swear -just my personal choice) but they can still get heated.
