Bad parenting could be the cause of this

If someone tells you they had attachment issues growing up do you believe that comes from bad parenting? I was talking to this one girl and she told me about how she has depression, gastritis, adhd, obsessions, attachment issues, trust issues and weight issues, she also told me she went to a special needs school in middle school and she’s told me about how her father would always yell at her growing up, her mother wouldn’t listen to her about her problems and even when I met her parents I didn’t feel comfortable with them. Her mother somehow found out where this one boy lived after he got arrested and they would drive by his house, she would also send me follow requests and told her daughter “I need to know who your influences are” basically saying that I influence her daughter, the girl told me that most of the time she’s not aware of anything around her (which I caught into), she also follows over 4,300 people on insta alone and admitted to me about somewhat stalking some people online and would sometimes send me photos or videos of people with angry messages, would trash talk people she used to be close to (calling a teacher a child abuser, and her ex bf a psychopath; they dated for less than 6 months and she broke up with him about 2 years ago) she also told me she has a bf now and told me “if we ever break up, I’ll let you know.” When I went to her home she showed me how she’ll twist and bend her dolls and freeze them in cold water and leave them outside.
