How low is HB 108? 30weeks pregnant

I have been prescribed iron medication, I had my bloods done at 28 weeks and just found out today my iron was low, what does this mean? Can it be dangerous?

That's not that low lol. Maybe lower than they'd like but it's not low. Mine is currently 13. I've gone as low as 8. I'm anemic.
