Spirolactone

Any mommas on Spiro for acne? I have fertility issues and also have problematic skin. But my Dr suggested that Spiro is safe and may actually help to boost fertility (since it blocks the male hormone essentially in women) and would just need to be discontinued at any first positive test that I ever get but otherwise is unharmful unless you continue with it thru entire pregnancy. I know some Dr's disagree and some say it's completely safe so I wanted some input on that.

Also, I'm already on prenatals. Any other vitamins or other things I should be incorporating for conceiving? My Dr wants us to try independently for a few months longer before delving into getting assistance with it
