Water Fast??
Starting weight: 245 lbs
Current: 210 lbs
Lowest: 200 lbs
Height: 5'6"
So I've been actively working out and changing eating habits since December. I wasn't to serious at first and I struggled a lot and even fell off for about 3 weeks after I left my job because I had no help with childcare but I've gone from 245 to where I am now at 210, I had got down to 200 but I have started lifting weights A LOT more recently so I'm hoping that extra gain is muscle 😅 I'm wanting to try a water fast to basically really clean myself out, hydrate as much as possible and use it as a jumping point to really eat clean and do better. Has anyone done one and it helped you have a good jump point? anyone want to share results? Pictures if possible lol
I have PCOS and I have most of my weight in my belly so if anyone that is similar has done this or would like to share how you've been successful I would love to hear from you.
