Best Hallmark Towns In PA?!

we’re moving to PA! But I’m looking for a hallmark town! Something like the movies. Friendly people, beautiful town, something that is festive with Halloween and Christmas and other holidays, somewhere safe with good schools and good opportunities! Historical features, somewhere snow and rain is very common. We’re moving from the south so we want lots of rain and snow!

Also if you’re from PA, what are some things my little family should expect? We are leaving Friday for the 4th of July, we’re going to PA and going to go look at towns and houses :) thanks in advance!
