EBF to bottles/ cups

Question

So I EBF and looking into bottles or cups for bebé to use to drink out of. I got the nuk bottle but It’s so hard for the liquid to come out. Any recommendations?

We went straight into a straw cup or a regular plastic cup. Straw cups are scientifically proven to help with oral development.

We use these and love them!!! They don’t leak, ever!! I agree that they did seem hard to suck they at first, but my girl figured it out. I think it’s just an adjustment period. We went from avent natural bottles to these, didn’t miss a beat.

This is what my daughter used. She had never used a bottle or sippy before this one and she was able to use it after one try. She still uses them at 2.

We started with this and took the inner stopper out until baby figured out how it worked. We put it back in after that.
