Teacher cut my daughters hair ?

I need opinions, I asked my daughter who cut her hair and she said her teacher . I asked her LITERALLY Like 15 other times to see if her answer changed & she said it was her teacher all of those times . (Even gave her options of other kids or herself , also she’s 3) I went to fix up her ponytail this morning , do this look like hair that was intentionally ripped out or was ripped out from ponytail being too tight . Please comment ASAP I drop them off in 30 min to the daycare

Do you think your daughter did it or another student? I’m a teacher myself and that would be really sad if an adult did that. But I’m sure anything is possible.

It honestly doesn’t look ripped out 🤔 , looks like somebody deliberately cut it off . The only reason I say this is because if it was ripped out it would be inflamed and baby butt smooth

Both possible. It's also possible that she was playing hairdresser with some other kid or by herself and she is afraid to tell...
I would ask the teacher. Or maybe your daughter's friend from the day care... Maybe he/she has seen something? 
I wouldn't expect the teacher to admit to the crime if he/she would be guilty- but I would see reaction and in any case it shows that you are observant and you won't let go things just to happen.
I think it's also a good moment to talk with your daughter about what she is allowed to do with her body without a permission. Who is allowed to cut her hair and who is not. That she shoukdn't do things just because her friend is asking. And that if the teacher is doing something wrong or something that she feels uncomfortable with- she should tell you.
No details needed. Hair is a good example. The talk doesn't have to be long and boring. Just to start somewhere and use this "opportunity"
I don't know how you've asked her about this... if you showed her first and asked her "who did this?" Or you've asked her if the teacher did something "funny"/weird yesterday? Like- if she new that yku are upset and that she doesn'thave the hair- it's really easy for me to believe that she's done it by herself... then the talk doesn't make that much sense... just tell her when she has to get a permission to do something with her body and when she doesn't

Definitely ask around. My son has said some interesting things about school or his teachers or fellow students and when I asked the teachers, I found I wasn’t getting the whole story or even the truth. At this age kids don’t really understand lying but they have super active imaginations. Definitely ask around before sending heads flying.

Believe your child. Most 3 year old don’t have the ability to truly lie and anybody saying to not believe her is foolish. My sister was a daycare teacher and the children that young weren’t allowed individual scissors, the teachers would help them cut anything if they needed to. 
I’d be calling up and asking for the footage of that day to see what happened and how it happened. I’m not asking anybody anything cause they’ll lie if they actually did it and IF your daughter lied it’s be a good lesson about not lying. 
Also a good time to start teaching your daughter who can and can’t touch her body and that she has a right to say no, even to those of authority. Good luck and I hope you find out who did it.

Talk to the teacher. There may be a reasonable explanation, but that's a big chunk of hair and that alone is concerning. Press for answers until you are satisfied with the response and if this was done intentionally, that teacher needs to be reported.

For me as a white person n no experience with black womans hair its hard to tell but it definitely looks sketchy!!!! 
I would believe your child though!! My older sister when she went to kindergarten my mom said the teacher bugged my mom daily about cutting her hair as it was in her eyes (she had those like blunt bangs right across her forehead) and my mom always said no my daughter likes it!  One day she picked her up and suddenly my sisters bangs that went to her eyebrows were now almost an invh above her eyebrows!  Some teachers just like any adult have absolutely no respect for boundaries!!!
