Is it something more severe and not pregnancy ?

I’m still not sure where I’m at in my cycle or why everything has been so confusing. I have been testing since a couple days before June 1st. I either get super faint positives or negatives. Nothing bold. However, I have been extremely nauseous and hot/faint since about June 10th. It hasn’t gone away yet, and this morning I woke up in moderate-severe pain in my pelvic area and vaginal area. Every time I have went to sit down today, my vaginal area gets a weird ache/pain. Also when trying to defecate. I took another test with fmu today- another extremely faint line.

Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Could it not be pregnancy? Something else that is a severe issue (endometriosis, ectopic, hormonal imbalance, hypoglycemia, diabetes)??? Idk I’m just at a loss. I do not have a pcp or a OBGYN. I called yesterday to establish with a doctor for my pcp and they said each doctor has to APPROVE their new patients and to call back on Tuesday to even SEE if they will accept me. Who knows when I could even be seen.

I just wonder how bad of an emergency this is? Or not at all?
