I want to start working but I don’t have a ssn card or a ID I’m 17 I was adopted last year and my adoptive mom still has not gotten any of that for me, when she says that she will is there any other way I can get it?

You can go to a social security office and request a copy of it. You won't get it immediately. You'll most likely get a temp one and the official will come in the mail.
You may be even able to ask for a copy of it online.
That's essentially what you do if you lose it or change your name via marriage.
