In public, always before and after, no matter what I’m doing in there. At home, usually only after I go number two, or it’s been a while. I don’t pee all over my hands. 🤣

I’m public and after #2, always. At home, depends. I live alone though so I get to break rules lol. Sometimes I skip it after peeing if I know it’s not messy.
 
Random story regarding hand washing.
I used to share a bathroom with my dad. I moved out awhile ago but come home to visit. Tell me why he still hasn’t finished the hand soap in the bathroom yet…he should have had to change it out by now. It’s gross because it shows he NEVER washes his hand then. Even if he only does it after #2 the soap level should be lower/closer to done.
Let this be a lesson to others. Yes, you would hope others are clean and hygienic. But no, not always.
