Is it wrong of me to think of this a red flag?

I really need some judgement here, please tell me if its completely out of left field. 
I’m barely 23 years old and in my experience with all the men I’ve dated who happen to have this “red flag of mine”, they always find something gross about me sexually and put me down. So here it is: 
The “red flag” is liking white women only, only ever wanting to date white women, only having dated white women. I am a POC, It is quite obvious. 
Is it valid to avoid dating the guy I am seeing since he mentioned this to me? 
Should I legitimately give him a shot? 
Please I need help 😭💀

If he said he only dates white women or only likes white women, it's a flag. If he said he's only dated white women before I would say it's not a flag. He may not have much dating experience anyway, early 20s is all about experiencing new things and finding what you like.

There’s a huge difference between having only happened to date white women, and saying out loud that you only date white women. I happen to have been in relationships with only white men, but that’s happenstance. It’s never been an intentional move.

There are very few POC in my very rural area so most of the guys here, unless they moved away or had a LDR wouldn’t have had much opportunity to date someone who wasn’t white. If they are dating you, they aren’t against doing so. I’ve only ever dated my husband so there are also people out there who just don’t have a lot of experience dating multiple people anyway.
