What will the appointment be like?

How many weeks do you have to be to get an ultrasound? 
I’m scheduled to see an obgyn, I’ll be 7weeks 2 days at the time. What will the appointment be like? Will there be an ultrasound?

I would think you would get a vaginal ultrasound to see the heartbeat

My OB does a urinalysis, vaginal ultrasound, Pap smear, and blood work at the first appointment. 
Then another ultrasound and the NIPT testing(optional) around 10-12 weeks. 
Every appointment I had to pee in a cup before anything. To check for protein, glucose and any abnormality.
