Hot natured babies?

Is hot natured babies a thing? Lol

My 4 MO is always hot and sweaty. Has been since new born. At first I thought it was the hormones both ours mixed but she’s 4 months… at home she’s only in a diaper, that’s it. When she sleeps I usually let her fall asleep on my chest and then transfer to bassinet, she’s always hot and in a full sweat like she ran a marathon. My anxiety is telling me something could be off with my baby 😩 somebody tell me my baby okay 🥴
