Continuously Losing Pieces of Mucus Plug After Dilation Check?

So I’m 36 weeks + 5 according to the doctors measurements of the baby yesterday at our last ultrasound that checked her weight and all of that. I had my OB checked to see if I was dilated at all which I ended up being 1 1/2 cm already & 70% effaced. Ever since about 5 hours after the appointment I have been losing more and more pieces of my mucus plug. Before it was just a yellow tint , then last night it became pink with some blood & today it’s more brown. Does this mean that labor will be coming soon if it’s every time I go pee that more pieces keep coming out?
