Subchorionic Hematoma

I am 7 weeks and was diagnosed today with a subchorionic hematoma, and was looking for any and all tips and suggestions to help keep our baby going. I am on modified bed rest/pelvic rest. Also, if you had one did you allow the doctors to do the transvaginal ultrasound to check up on it? Thank you in advance!!
