Anybody Have Some Input On This?

This is my 4th pregnancy and with every pregnancy from the 1st one, my naval has popped out. It has already popped out with this one weeks ago, and I am now 22 weeks. But today I noticed, I guess you could say, an extra lump/bulge around the outside of my belly button where I circled and that specific part hurts to the touch and it’s making almost the whole side of my stomach hurt. Also, are these necessarily called umbilical hernias when navals pop out with every pregnancy? But only this time this extra lump/bulge has never appeared or felt like this in any of my pregnancies. Should I be seen, as in go to the ER? I have an appointment on Thursday. My belly is in pain on one side too.
