Should I be upset ? Who is in the wrong?

Been in a relationship for 4 years. It’s has its ups and downs. When We got in a relationship he wasn’t comfortable with me having a friend that was a guy strictly platonic. So I thought what I did was the right thing by telling my friend at the time about him and I should stop being friends and can’t hangout anymore since I got into a relationship. When we argue he always thrown my old friend at me and accused me of cheating. So I can’t even have have guy friends. There’s several females in our apartment complex he always talks to. Does it when I’m not home. And how I figure that because he seems to know all their business. Long story short.. I can’t have male friends. So I get home from work he was home. I was shocked and asked him where is his car… he said the girl 3 doors down knocked on the door that morning and asked him if he could take her to work… but he told her he was too tired to go anywhere… and for her to just take his car and use it…….. I didn’t even say anything but oh okay.. I’m not a female that’s the jealous type. It honestly hurt. Im sitting here thinking for someone to use his car he’s very comfortable with that person. But yet if I had a male friend I wouldn’t hear the end of it. I feel so embarrassed . The fact that she drove his car and people seeing that and probably wondering what the hell. Is he wrong for this? Or the girl 3 doors down to drive his car knowing he’s in a relationship.
