Being bitter?

Why is it that I’m being called bitter because I do not want my child around the female my ex has be cheating on me with? She wished harm upon me and told me she wished my child wasn’t around so it could be just her and my ex. How my child is a burden etc etc. My daughter says she’s not nice and screams at her when she’s there. Mind you they’ve only been together 6 months. I brought this all to his attention and he doesn’t budge and says I’m bitter! My 4 year old doesn’t even want to go to dad’s house anymore. Why am I being called the bitter one here?

Why don’t you just petition for sole custody and no visitation and have your children give a statement to your lawyer?

File for full custody , give your child a iPad . Tell her when she’s mean to record her , if y’all’s Devices are connected it will sync to your phone. So you have proof of her endangering your daughter. If she’s mature enough to do that, my son not quite mature enough to record like that but I find girls tent to be a little more mature at four. I would definitely report it though there’s no reason you child should have to be subjected to that.￼￼￼￼￼

Because they’re both idiots. I don’t blame you for not wanting your child around her, especially if she has wished your child harm & screams at your child. If your child is the one not wanting to go over there or be around them, you need to listen to them. I would explain to your ex that this is what your child wants. They are clearly the issue in this situation. Don’t let it bother you.
