Every other day —what days?!

Let me lead with last cycle we did every day and was unsuccessful. This cycle dr said do every other day. I have tracked my ovulation and logged it in GLOW using Clearblue advanced digital ovulation tests (since April) so pretty confident the prediction is right. Also still tracking with Clearblue and have gotten my flashing smiley since CD7 (waiting on static) + today (July 1) started EWCM. My question is what days would you BD?!?

Personally I would do 1,3,5 & 6 so you got every other day and then day of ovulation and day after. However if it's too much for hubbyand he's tired, stuck to 1,3 &5.

Ive heard good thongs about the SMEP method you BD every second day from the 8th day of your cycle till a positive OPK then BD 3 days in a row take 1day off then BD again on the 5thday

I mean if you think your going to ovulate July 5th I would definitely BD July 3&4 but follow you opk and BD the day you get your peak for sure
