Normal or nah?

What causes pain in like your upper buttock area.. it’s like a little close to your hip but it’s not directly in your hip just in the butt area? I’ve been limping for the past 2-3 days because of it 😭

Def sciatic pain!! I was literally crawling to the bathroom because both of my legs gave out because the pain was so bad, I was crying trying to use the bathroom😭😭😂The ONLY thing that has helped me is to do a low doggie position like on all fours and go all the way down!! Trust me I tried the butterfly position where you bring your leg up to your chest and it made it worse and also being on your back at least for me made it 1000x worse!

Sciatica.  My OB says rest, Epsom salt baths, ice or heating pad as desired are the only at home fixes.  Also recommended trying acupuncture, chiropractor or massage.
