Am I the only one

My pregnancy has been really smooth. I haven’t had much of constipation. I’ve had a little bit of pressure in my uterus, but I don’t feel miserable at all. I feel like I’m the only who feels this way. I’m in the third trimester as well. Is anyone else having a smooth pregnancy?
