Literally what the hell

my periods over a week late and it’s NEVER BEEN LATE ever. i have had the copper iud for almost two years now and it’s never been late before

i’ve taken pregnancy tests and at most they show a very very faint line that’s probably an indent. like no color or anything.

i keep getting cramps on and off but no blood. i have egg white stretchy discharge.

i would def think i’m somehow pregnant but at this point i should be getting positives right?? what’s going onnnn
