37+6 With Puppps

So I broke out in an insane belly rash, I called my OB office and she stated that it was puppps based off of description over phone. This was about 4 days ago, I went in Thursday for my regular prenatal visit and another OB took a quick glimpse and said “poor thing it looks painful” also called it puppps fast forward to today, this puppps rash has now spread to my thighs, butt, legs, feet, hands and arms. It’s itchy everywhere except my lower belly. Man my lower belly burns!! I’m hoping it truly is puppps and not something else. It went from feeling okay at my appt to straight hell and spreading now. 🤦🏻‍♀️ any advice?
