😭Has this ever happened to you?? (itchiness and dryness a day after sex?)

So 2 days ago, I had sex with my boyfriend with condom and yes, we had a good time and little bit of a “rough” time. And After the sex, my vaginal lip (vulva) was so swollen and sore. At first I thought that was just from the rough sex. But since yesterday, I started to feel itch on my vulva so that I wanted my private part to be nice and fresh so I even took my panties off and spent half of the day without any pants. But then, my vulva was so dry so I also got concerned and just put on my panties with some pads. And today, I still feel the same but the swelling has gotten better but the dryness and itch is still there. What should I do? What does all these thing mean ? 😭 please help and share with me your opinions or experiences. THANK YOU!
