Would you be concerned if your blood pressure keeps fluctuating at 38.5wks?

Somedays it gets pretty high others its normal. I get headaches and nausea as well. 
The past 2 appointments my doctor has said shes getting a bit worried as it seems to be getting up. Like in Thursday it got to 161/95. Yesterday was pretty normal though. Would gestational hypertension fluctuate? I have no sign of preeclampsia (urine and blood)

Mine did that and I eventually did end up with preeclampsia and had to deliver, but as long as it doesn't stay too high and your labs come back ok, they'll give you a little time. I would put yourself on modified bedrest though. That helped keep my numbers down.
