Peri Menopause? 🤦🏽‍♀️

43 and my period is 9 days late now. Def not preggers. My period use to be very irregular in my 20s but has been more regular (27-30 days) the last several years. My periods have been very strange the last 2-3 months. Like it’s usually 4-5 days and done but lately have been lingering for like 7/8 days and lots more clotting. Ugh! I’m having what I believe are nights sweats the last 3 days. Had some cramping and back aches and a dull headache for two days, 4 days ago. Usually a dull headache is how I know it’s coming. Nothing! I think it’s that time. 🥺
