Is this cause for concern?

I’m almost 38 weeks. The last three days I’ve had diarrhea all day. Today I’ve had the same plus I’ve thrown up twice 🙈 I feel like crap and have super low energy but no fever! Contractions here and there. 
Is this a cause for concern? Or normal symptoms for the last month of pregnancy?

Normal. I'm 39w0d today and I've had diarrhea for weeks. Yesterday I had constipation, so it can even go back n forth. Unless your water breaks or you're contracting every 5 minutes or so. I'd not worry. Take it from me who isn't dilated at all at 39 weeks😫 probably gonna have to be induced

This is me right now. I have contractions throughout the day. Sometimes they’re close together and then sometimes just random. Whenever I get a big contraction, I get diarrhea. Ugh just want it to either stop until baby is ready or have the baby already. Im 38 weeks and 3 days and this has been happening the past few days.

I've had diarrhea as well and I'm 37wks with twins. As long as babies are moving,  no fluid leaking and no cramping or frequent contractions probably normal. If ever concerned though always call your OB, that's what they are there for. Your so close!!!!
